Pumping ladies- please read!!!

After getting 25mls from both breasts after pumping for 30 mins this morning I was completely convinced I'd lost my supply. I have needed to supplement with formula the last 2 weeks as I haven't been getting enough each pump to feed him 😢 this is today after 40 minutes...

It was the first time using my new double pump (medela swing). If you are exclusively or mostly pumping please make sure your pump parts are working and you are using a double pump (I know it's more expensive, but so worth It- I promise)...I had almost given up on feeding my baby breastmilk.
