Pregnant hell I don’t know anymore 🤦🏽‍♀️

Hey guys so just give y’all some back ground I’m 21, I’m engaged to the most amazing man ever💙but I was on Nexplanon for the last 3!years and I got it out in September I have had like 1 period but nothing after that. I’ve taken pregnancy test they have said negative I haven’t taken one recently tho like within the last week, and I’m more bloated than ever, feel nauseous, my breast are soooooo sore😭 and heavy and they itch, I’m more tired than ever. What do y’all think? False symptoms? Help
