I really need some help
I was overweight when I got pregnant 15 stone 7 pounds and put on 2 STONE when I was pregnant. I've managed to come down to 15 stone 10 but every week the scale goes up and down! My daughter is 4 and a half months old. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME TIPS. We're going to Majorca next June and I really want to go back to 12 stone, when I was 18 ☹️
