Anyone got pregnant after being diagnosed with an under active thyroroid?

I've finally been diagnosed after 2 years. I've also been ttc for 2 years and had 3 miscarriages in that time. I got discharged from the fertility clinic as the Dr said that there's nothing he could do for me on a fertility point of view as all tests and scans showed me and my partner were fine. They told me my thyroid test was an issue tho and to go back to my gp. I did today and was put on medication. Anyone managed to get pregnant after having their thyroid issues diagnosed? Feel like I can finally get somewhere now but I also need some advice 😬 thanks girls/boys xx
