TTC help

So af was suppose to show her ugly face 10/6 but she has been a no show so far. However last night I just started to feel this little pinch on my lower right side of my stomach. I can only feel it if I move if that makes since. I tested with a cheap dollar store test on 10/2 it was bfn and then in the 5th and it was also a bfn🤷🏽‍♀️.. I hvnt tested since I missed af.. so I'm not sure if I'm pregnant but if I am I shouldn't feel any type of pinches right. This is weird. I'm going to get me a test today and if I am I'm going to the ER 😩😷🙏🏼.. have anyone ever had this symptom. I'm a mom of 5 with 1 deceased . With my son I just lost in June . I was induced at 24 weeks due to reversal blood flow of the umbilical cord and he wasn't strong enough he didn't make it after two days in the nicu. So I'm trying again for the last time. Never have had any issues when I'm pregnant ..
