NIPT Trisomy 13 positive

We were so over the moon happy with this VERY long awaited pregnancy... we didn't allow ourselves to be overly happy prematurely because we were just too afraid that something might still happen along the way... But then we saw beautiful pictures from 11w ultrasound and the baby was perfect... we could see tiny nose and eyes and even pretty much could count his toes! When we finally believed that we are going to be parents my doctor called... to say that Safe T21 test came back positive on Trisomy 13... we are in denial, simply cannot believe that this is happening to us... I'm so scared of what's coming next, of the decision I will need to make.. just feel so lost and hurt. I will have to go through invasive test now (doctor will determine which one) so was wondering if any of you went through the same or similar situation ? what is your experience? how on earth did you deal with it ??? :(
