My baby is four days old, she’s EBF and had been having what I guess is an issue with gas today. It started this last night. She has eaten every 10-20 minutes since 9:00 PM. I have had NO sleep all night. She would breastfeed for a few minutes and then she fall asleep, then wake up and cry and repeat the cycle. We tried swaddling her and laying her down in her crib but she would scream. We tried burping her more than usual and she would burp and fart but still scream. We think she may have a trapped gas bubble so we gave her gas drops. She burped and farted loudly but she’s still having issues. She’s on her dad’s lap currently on her tummy and we’re rubbing her back. It’s the only thing that soothes her. We’re both exhausted and so is she, and she sounds like she’s in so much pain I don’t know what to do. I don’t think she has colic but I don’t know. Please anyone who has gone through a similar thing please please please help us!!!
