How long did it take for your body to get back to its pre pregnancy size? Or just about its pre pregnancy size.

I was at my pre-pregnancy weight before my 6 week appointment. I still couldn’t fit in my pre-pregnancy jeans until I was about 10 months PP.

With my daughter I didn't even gain weight I was so sick all the time I was my exact weight I was prepregnancy when I gave birth. Took me a month for my pouch to go away.
Then I had my gallbladder removed and all hell broke loose.

5 days after giving birth. I continued working out 5 days a week throughout my entire pregnancy so the only weight I gained was baby haha once she was out and my uterus shrank again, I was all set 🙌🏻

My daughter is 2 and I’m still 30ish pounds heavier than I was pre pregnancy. However, I haven’t ever tried to lose the weight. Before getting pregnant I was underweight so I’m pretty comfortable in my skin now as is. I’m going to start doing sit ups though to tone my stomach.

It took me about 8 months. My sister just had her baby a month ago and her pre-pregnancy weight was 123 pounds and now she’s 108 pounds. I think that it depends on the person. Some people loose weight really fast while others are more slow.
