Thoughts? Low progesterone & #s didn't double

Had a 6 week sono where they told me doesn't look viable. Had a MC two months ago so was really hoping for a good healthy pregnancy. Got bloodwork results went from 37,000 to 41,000 in two days. (Clearly didn't double) Progesterone is at 8, which they said is very low. Testing me for blood clotting disorders, brother has acute ITP. Not all my results for that came back but they said that my levels for blood clotting tests aren't normal but not enough to be diagnosed.
