I wake up with my hand swollen every morning . And I don’t sleep on it . I have preeclampsia. Any advice ?

Just one hand? Talk to your doctor. Not trying to scare you, but swelling on one side could be a blood clot. Call your office to talk to them about it so they can bring you in to look if it is concerning.
