How can I ease my back pain?
I know it’s not the best job but I work on a busy bar (pretty much a night club). I do about 10 hours a night Friday Saturday and my issue is I’m in so much pain I can’t walk. I’ve tried baths, pain killers and hot water bottles but is there anything else? Has anyone ever taken a stronger pain killer than paracetamol? My mom suggest I get a sick note but I don’t want to loose money.
