How do you make your formula bottles?

Question

I know how but just seeing what everyone else does because I hear and see different ways people make their babies formula fed bottles.

I pour room temperature bottled water into the bottle then add the formula according to how much water I put in and shake.

I do two ways sometimes I put the water in sometimes the formula first but I hate the powder I love the one already made but I keep both and I breast feed so my son gets 6-8oz of formula a day

I fill 4-5 bottles at a time and leave them on the counter so then we just have to add the powder for a feeding.

Warm tap water. Where I live we have amazing water so the doctor actually recommended we do that.
