Should I be concerned?

This is my first pregnancy, I'm 10 weeks today and I'm having really intense cramps. No spotting or anything like that. Just feels like period cramps. Is it normal?

both pregnancies had this my uterus was expanding and cramps are normal in pregnancy as long as you have no bleeding your fine but if you ever get concerned call your doctor
