Rude to ask this?

Yes you are all helping me to solve my pregnancy drama.
My sister in law keeps freaking out to my husband that I won't show her my stomach (I'm pregnant) over FaceTime.  
Here's my PsA- not all women embrace pregnancy and their body changes.  It doesn't make me a shit person.  But why do people feel the need to demand that they see my stomach or heaven forbid touch it. Is it wrong to continually ask someone to show you their stomach just because they are pregnant?

It’s rude. They aren’t entitled to see or touch it just because there’s a baby in there. Just straight up ask ‘what part of no don’t you understand?’

I think its rude that she's  even going as far  as being a cry  baby to her  brother.  Like  get  the point, you're not interested in showing it off.

Whenever someone rubbed my pregnant belly without permission, I'd rub theirs back. The looks I got were priceless. I was very self conscious. And to answer your question, I think it's rude af.

Tell her firmly no. Its your body and she has no right to it. I never had an issue with unwanted touching but I have heard some funny ways to negate touching. If someone rubs your belly without asking first, rub theirs back, or when they turn around smack their butt. If they get offended, just say "you touched my body without my permission, so I can touch yours too!" For your sister in law, every time she asks to see your belly, as to see hers, or ask her to flash you. Odds are she will get wierded out and hopefully stop.

My sister not only didn't show her stomach, but I think she would have cut someone if they touched her. She was miserable and sick her whole pregnancy, to the point where she weighed almost the same pregnancy as she did at 8mo. People just get so strange around pregnant women, they need to chill and let the woman dictate how or what they need/want.
