Ok I found out I was pregnant on September 18 and since then I had been to the doctor for check ups I do blood work every other they since 3 weeks ago and they just said that my beta hcg hormones aren't going up as today I'm at 279 and doc did a ultrasound and he did the sac and said it look a little bit bigger and more notable but he keeps saying that it may be ending on a miscarriage, the doctor gave me until this weekend and if the hormones don't go up he said we should think about doing a d&c; or getting a shot of a medicine that would help getting the embryo out

I don't know what to do, should I go and see an other obg? PS I had a little of brownish spotting this morning what do I do help please.i do believe that God had plans for us and I just want to keep hope that this baby 👶🏻 may be ok and everything it ok
