When to call dr for back pain

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and around 2 today I started having back pain I was up on my feet a lot today. I have been resting and it has helped somebut the back pain is still severe when should I worry and call my Dr? I'm a FTM

back pain in pregnancy is 100% normal and expected. I literally had it so bad one day around 29wks, I had to call out from work cause I couldn’t walk. Now it comes and goes (i’m now 31wks). A warm bath with epsom salts helps me! just make sure it is warm, not hot

If you've rested and it still hurts enough that you're asking for help. I would call the doctor. Better safe then sorry 
Yes it could be completely normal but it could also be a kidney infection or preterm labor-among other things. 
If something worries you. Always call :)
