One the reason I was asking this my period has been late for 4 days!

I miss periods/have late periods a lot and I'm never too worried. I've had irregular periods since I was 11 years old and first started and its never been anything. Of course you shouldn't just ignore it if there is a possibility that you're pregnant, but if the chance is impossible (not even having sex) or very low l(you're on bc or have been using protection every time) i wouldn't stress at all.

Stress and illness/medication can delay your period. Sometimes AF just wants to freak you out to. If you haven't had sex this cycle, there's likely no pregnancy but testing is always an option. 
Try to stay clam and give her a few more days to show up. If she still doesn't make an appearance, give your doctor a call.
