Does it depend on the company he works for? Or is everyone suppose to get it. My SO didn’t get any paid time off with our first daughter ( he was only off for a week and they kept calling him asking when he’s going to go back ) he doesn’t work at that company anymore and he didn’t get benefits at all. But at his new job he does so I’m hoping he gets atleast some time off. I’m going to have a c-section so him being there would help me a lot.
