Maybe I’m going crazy but it’s been a week since I could have conceived, the last couple days I’ve had horrible heartburn which I never get this bad, very tender breasts, and lots more clear/sometimes creamy discharge than I’ve ever had! (The lots of discharge has really caught me off guard, I’m positive no infections either!)

Could I be pregnant!?

Or could it be something else?
