Carpal tunnel
Did any of you ladies get serious carpal tunnel toward the end of pregnancy? I'm about 34 weeks and for the past two weeks it's been getting increasingly bad. I've spent the morning crying in pain and can't use my first 4 fingers.
I ordered a wrist brace to sleep in and I've been seeing a chiropractor throughout my pregnancy. In the meantime, what can I do to cope with the pain? Any suggestions?
