Bath?

They say wait 6 weeks to take a bath, it's been 4 and I'm dying I take a bath.. has anyone else taken one and is fine lol

I didn't know you're not supposed to take a bath! You can shower right???

I did it anyway lol I did a quick cool bath lol my dr appt is 23rd ... incision is fine except a lil red when my pants or undies rub against it

I was able to shower the day before I left the hospital, nurses helped and everything. And when I got home 2 days later I took a shower again, and made sure to slowly and carefully run my hands over my stitches with soap for it not to get infected.

I got cleared at 5 weeks. But I’d wait until your doctor says you can

Call your doctor and ask before you do anything. 4 weeks should be okay but you never know.

You aren't suppose to soak your incision, I wouldn't do it. 😕
