In need of help

My boyfriend of a year & me have been having our ups & downs. in the first 3 months of our relationship, I found out he was talking to girls on Snapchat & other social media account. I was upset but didn't want to leave him. 5 months later were 7 months into our relationship I found out he's been talking to girls on Craigslist (he swear he didn't meet up with any but there was one he was going to) it completely throw me off. it's been almost 5 months since then and he hasn't been doing anything, at least what I think. But there something up the last month or so I just can't help but not feel happy like I want more. I love him to death & I feel so selfish because I know how much I mean to him. Even if I wanted to leave I live with him all my things are here all of my pets we got used to each other and it hard to imagine life differently... I need advice will this all just pass over?
