Coke Zero while pregnant?

I'm 13 weeks with my sweet baby.. and I've cut back on soda and caffeine ALOT since becoming pregnant with my rainbow baby. I drank maybe 1 soda a day if that and a lot more water now.
But I'm curious.. since I had a sweet tea earlier this morning.. is Coke Zero okay to drink now? It says 0 sugar.

American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology deem up to 200 mg of caffeine a day safe. So just keep track of how much you consume.

It's sweetened with aspartame, I wouldn't drink it all, especially not during pregnancy.

for me to get my fix on soda I drink diet caffeine free and as long as you don't go over 200mg youre fine on caffeine but definitely watch sugar intake on things also.

200mg is what they say... so just make sure you keep it under that. Other than that yes it's okay to drink that.

Never drink diet soda while pregnant! It’s worse for baby than regular soda.

I wouldn't.  And if you are going to have a soda here and there, drink the full sugar kind.
Best to avoid all together.
Water and la croix.  Those are good for you and baby:)
