Spinal injury and conception

So, I have a pretty bad back. Multiple herniated and buldging discs. The cushion between my vertebra are essentially gone on most. Well among my injuries is my L5 that's completely shifted inwards! My chiropractor said that that could cause infertility. That I would need to do ab work outs to help rectify, as well as come in more often for special treatment. Is there anyone out there with advice? Preferably anyone who has the same or even similar issues. I am about to go for an HSG test to illuminate anything there. Doc says my uterus, via an internal ultrasound looks great. I just want a baby.... I am so sad each month it doesn't happen. I am getting very discouraged.
