Bloody Show or Normal after getting checked ?

I got checked the other day because I had contractions on my NST and then got sent home because I was still at a 3 . Is this normal after check to continue to bleed after several hours after test or does this look like Bloody Show ?

My doctor said to expect some spotting after cervix check. I didn’t have it, but she told me to not worry. I had awful cramps and very strong contractions though, the worst pain this whole pregnancy :-/
