First period off the pill.

So I went off the pill last month because my platelets are quite elevated and I am seeing if they go down. I know all of this is completely normal and expected but lemme just complain 😭 on the pill I can function during my period no problem. It's day 2 and I literally can't function right now. My cramps are just awful, like even this burning pain in my pelvis, I've got a headache, back pain, I'm fatigued and the blood, oh the blood. I've ruined two pairs of underwear so far. It's a damn massacre. Fuck. My. Life. Pls. Send. Help.
