Is it normal to have sporadic cramps 4 weeks in?

I got my BFP on Sunday. The Dr tells me I am about 4 weeks or so pregnant. First day of last period was sept 9. Ive been getting random cramps every now and then. Nothing severe but wondering if its normal? It doesn't last too long either. Just a cramp and goes away. Please help ladies! Thanks.

I had near constant cramps weeks 3-5, no spotting. I'm 7 weeks now and they've mostly tapered off but still get occasional twinges/cramps. My doc said it's totally normal and just your uterus starting to stretch out. If you get them with spotting, bleeding or severe cramps, call your doctor. But otherwise sounds like normal. I had no idea this was an early pregnancy symptom! This is my first.

Very normal. I had cramps and it felt like my period was about to start often. You'll probably have cramps and a stretching uterus feeling on and off. I had cramps until week 10. Now it's bloating/stretching sensations. Congrats by the way!
