TTC WITH PCOS

Hi, I'm 18 and I'm ttc with my partner as we both have stable and a comfortable income.. I have PCOS Was diganosed last year I have been trying for 4-6 months now and nothing seems to be working .. I have stopped my contraceptive pill I was on to regulate my period .. but nothing seems to be happening any advice???
