cartilage piercings

So each of my cartilage piercings have healed differently. My daith healed in 4months perfectly without complications. My industrial (which is 2 separate cartilage piercings now due to the holes healing different) had the keloid bumps at first but went away and completely healed a year later. Now, my conch is about a year old, but its still super tender. sometimes ill sleep on it weird and itll be sore. any advice to help the healing other than just keeping it clean?
