morning kicking my butt and can't workout...
I'm about 9weeks and my morning sickness is getting worst the last two weeks. I went from a small tummy ached to full blown vomiting. I cant even workout/run. I have been taking B6 (25mg) 3 times a day and unison at night. Is there anything else that you lovely ladies have used that helps. I have a 2yr so it's not like I can crash on the couch all day (trust me I would love too, sleep has been very slim because I am on fire at night). I will love to get back to working/run so anything please let me know...
