Frustrated - Advice/Words of Wisdom

I had my second miscarriage in June and hubby was away for work (in the Navy) July and August. So sept was the first month back at baby making. I took an ovulation test and ovulated on cycle day 16 (which was earlier than usual for me). We had sex the day before the day of and the day after. Well sad to say I got my period today which is 4 days earlier than I thought. I am so frustrated! Will I get pregnant again and will it stick this time (my dr already gave me my script for progesterone for when I do). Any advice or words of wisdom would be great right now!
