Dinner Recipe
So I know this isn't really what this app is for but damnnnn I just made some good dinner. It was so good omfg. So here's the recipe. It makes about 7 to 8 of these. The recipe called them sour cream enchiladas but I felt they were more like sour cream chimis. Brown 1 lb hamburger meat with some green peppers and onions (use your judgement here for how much to use). In a bowl, mix two 8 oz packages of softened cream cheese with a cup of sour cream and a cup of shredded cheddar and two cans of original rotel. Get some tortillas and spread a little bit of the cream cheese mixture (like a couple spoonfuls or so) on them. Then put some of the meat and peppers in the tortilla too. Roll the tortillas up and put them in a pan. Oven on 400F. Use whatever cream cheese mixture is left and put it on top of the rolled tortillas in the pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Then add olives, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, jalopenos, shredded cheese, green onions, whatever you like on top of them and eat. I found the recipe in a book and it was a little different than what I listed above because I added my own touches, but the recipe above is exactly what I did. While I was baking them I had time to do all the dishes and it was such a good dinner omggggg
