Pumping

Ok, I'm gonna loose my sh*t. I really, really despise pumping, but I want my son to at least get some milk and he can't latch on my messed up nipples. But every time I pump, even if I message, hand express, use all the different flange sizes, or highest pump setting, it takes 15-20min for my milk to start to flow. I just can't sit here for 45min-60min a session without results I'm starting to give up hope. Not to mention my breasts ache and nipples are on fire when I'm forced to stop after an hour to take care of my son.
