Rash during pregnancy

I am 14 weeks pregnant & about 2 weeks ago I started getting these spots. They didn't show up all at once, in fact a new one just showed up 3 days ago on my shoulder. They do not itch, but if you look closely in the center of each spot it almost looks like a scab, yet I've never scratched them. I described them to my dr over the phone & she just told me to put hydrocortisone on them but she has never seen them. Does anyone know what they are or ever had something similar? I have a spot on my leg, one on my arm, one on my shoulder, and these on my stomach. They are only a tad bit raised.
