Zero sex drive

So I love my boyfriend. I want to be with him all the time. I want to kiss him and hold him and all that. But I have absolutely zero sex drive lately. Well atleast for the past 3 months I feel. We used to have sex almost every time we hung out. Now it's rare. And I think I make him feel bad. Not that sex is the most important part but he feels like he can't seduce me anymore.

I think part of it is because of my eating disorder and lately I've been feeling terrible about my body. But even with that I used to always want to have sex. It's frustrating me.

I want to please him and get back to the way we used to be. I just don't feel it anymore. And it's not like I want anyone else or need a break or need to switch it up. Cause he's very versatile. We always try new things and the sex is always amazing. I don't know what's wrong with me :/
