Things Getting Complicated
So I'm 15w pregnant and have been trying to cut out sodas a lot from what I used to drink. Well now I'm so used to not drinking them, I forgot I can't stop cold turkey and I need at least 1 or half a soda unless I'll get headaches from withdrawal 🙄 like there HAS to be a better way to do this. Anyone have any advice or have had this issue before??
