Implantation or AF

I’m not sure if this is AF or implantation bleeding, I went to the toilet last night and wiped when this happened really light so I put a pad on and went to bed after i woke up this morning I went to the toilet again which I noticed nothing at all on the pad, which normally when AF is here then I’m really heavy, I do have mild cramps and a tingling feeling in my legs, When I did wipe again I did notice some more light bleeding could this be implantation or just nasty AF?
