Stomach pains?

They don't feel like cramps nor is it in one area specifically. However, my stomach hurts kind of an ache but it is more like muscles however I haven't done anything, AT ALL. It is literally covering my entire stomach sides, all the away across and up just below my rib cage. Yes I have pooped probably not as much as I should have however it still happens about my regular schedule and when it does it does not relive any pain. Any idea what is causing it? It hurts more when my fiance places his hands on it because I asked him to rub it gently last night and I quickly changed it to "DON'T TOUCH ME" so yes he is thoroughly confused.
