Child has no emotion

I dont want people to think all I do on here is moan about my baby but I just have another question 😅 Is it normal at 11 months for her to not show excitement and happy emotions? Yes she smiles at people sometimes and she laughs when you tickle her but thats the only time she laughs, she doesnt find things funny like other babies do, like dropping something or a funny noise she doesnt laugh or even smile at stuff like that. She doesnt get excited when she hears certain songs or sees certain tv shows or sees certain toys, she doesnt get excited when people come to visit or if ive been gone a couple hours and I come home she just looks at me and puts her arms up for a hug but doesnt get excited, I might get a little smile but thats it. same for when her dads coming home from work, i try get her all excited like "daddys coming" and wait by the door for him and nothing. Is this normal? Shes more than capable of showing her unhappy emotions trust me thats not a problem 😓😓
