advice needed!

i need to loose around 5 pounds before I can can go back to the RE and get scheduled for my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>.. ive been stuck at this for the last couple of months and have tried everything.. any suggestions to get rid of this last 5 pounds?
