Losing hair?!

Is it normal to lose ALOT of hair after having a baby? I’m 3 months PP and I’ve been noticing I’ve been losing a lot of hair. All the way down to running my fingers threw my hair, at least 5-10 strands come out.
I’m freaking out 😭 how long will this last? ):

im going on 4 months pp and about a month ago my hair started falling out I knew it was normal but everytime I took a shower chunks will fall off I feel like I'm going bald I hate taking showers now n brushing my hair cuz everytime hair falls out.

That's how much hair I'm losing everytime I take a shower n brush it, which is every other day

Yup! Your hair stops falling out as much while your pregnant and then it ALL comes out.

About month 4 it slowed way down and at 7 months the new growth has covered the thinned areas

It must be normal, mine isn't falling out to that extent but now it's incredibly dry and breaking easier than it would have before.

Normal! Doesn’t last long, it was maybe a month or so for me. However, I also went through a really awkward regrowth stage where I had a ton of baby hairs near my hairline and it was so frustration because they would just stick straight up.
