So this is my first month tracking bbt. I’m cd6. I’ve been consistently taking it every morning at 6:15 AM... until this morning. My husband goes to work at 3:30 in the morning once a month and after I usually can’t fall back asleep. Knowing this, I took my temp at 3:30 AM (4.5 hrs of sleep) and it was 97.33. I feel back asleep after a while for about 1 hour and just in case retook my temp at 5:40 AM. It was 97.6. The 97.33 would be a significant drop from how I’ve been temping as can be see below. My question is which temp should I use? Does the time taken matter as much as the amount of sleep?
