thoughts on eating low carb while pregnant
So, i wanted to hear thoughts on low carb eating while pregnant. I am pregnant with my second baby and really want to avoid gaining as much weight in my last pregnancy (70 lbs!). I believe this happened because I craved processed sugars, however I worked out everyday of last pregnancy. I guess I just don't want to harm the baby by eating this way....has anyone eaten this way while pregnant and everything turned out okay? thoughts?
