Need advice asap PLEASE😭😭😭😭

Okay,I'm a nut shell I had some spotting after my husband & I DTD. We panicked and went to the er,where they did a probe ultra sound and said they seen a sac but no yolk or baby yet? (Which sent me into a panic) then I was bleeding actual blood with no clots or cramps. They've been monitoring my hcg levels (this is where I'm spazzing) the first time i went my hcg levels were (3,537) then when I went to the er (a diff hospital then my obgyn) they took it and it was (5,324) then TODAY my hcg dropped to (5,198) and I read how when it drops means your losing the baby? I'm in tears & a mess over this! Advice would be appreciated 😭😭😭 (also no more blood,just brown spotting)
