So I went to the bathroom and I seen something that looked like clear jelly on my underwear so I wiped it off and it’s not wet at all it’s like jello feeling is this part of my mucus plug?

Maybe a tiny piece of it. Think a big, palm sized, gloopy globules or mucous with or without blood. That may be a tiny piece and depending on where you are in your pregnancy, it may regenerate.
