A glass of wine during your tww worth it or not?

My husband and I have been ttc for our first child for 3 years. We just did our 3rd round of IUI with injectables and trigger HCG. Now I'm on progesterone suppositories, twice a day. 
Just wondering if any of you stayed away from alcohol all together or if a glass of red wine would be ok? Ughhh I miss booze!

I’m in the camp of “ drink til it’s pink”. Within reason, of course. I wouldn’t go crazy but a glass of wine should be fine imo

I am a pharmacist, I’m also in my TWW. I am having a glass of red wine tonight. Have a glass of red wine there is no harm until you get a positive pregnancy test.

Up until this month I've continued my occasional drinks while waiting. This month I decided to cut it so I wouldn't add that line of questioning to my stress level if af comes. I guess I see it as a stress balancing act. Do whatever is going to keep you most sane.
