Pregnant...or just late¿?

So I’m 4 days late and I’ve had milk-white discharge for the last several days and the only other pregnancy symptoms I’ve experienced that aren’t normal for me are excess gas and I’ve been going to the restroom a lot more often than usual....please help!!
