Weight Loss HELP?!
hey beautiful people.
i recently got out of a huge depression where i binge ate and gained so much weight. i was the heaviest i had ever been. i gained so much cellulite and stretch marks all over. my boobs, hips, inner & outer thighs... etc 😔
i'm struggling with wanting to listen to my body, or go back into the "punishing phase" where i work out intensely and vigorously to lose weight as fast as possible. i just feel so uncomfortable and defeated. does anybody have any tips or workouts that work quickly for them?
i don't want to use a gym, and i'd prefer not to follow a guide. i want to try to listen to my body and do things like yoga, running, body weight exercises, etc.
