Scared to test

So my fiancé and I have been Ttc baby #2 for about a year and 3 months now. I was on Nexplanon for 2.5 years and got it removed in July of 2016. Immediately after getting it taken out we started trying (and i mean that very same day). Because of the nexplanon I hadn’t gotten a period until 9/05 of this year. We have sex almost every day so I’m hoping we hit the jack pot on an ovulation day. For a couple weeks now I’ve been gassy (from both ends sorry tmi) and I’m full after having two bites of food, I literally have no appetite. And im now feeling nauseous very frequently. I also haven’t gotten a period yet this month... but Idk if Im irregular or not seeing as I’ve only had 1 period since I’ve gotten my birth control taken out. I’ve taken 1000s of test and they’ve all been BFNs and I’m terrified to go through that disappointment again. Especially this time around. Any advice you ladies have? Or if you could just send prayers my way I’d appreciate it sooo much!
