Best Way to Lose Weight While Breastfeeding?
Here’s the problem: I love my body for helping me bring my baby into this world but I hate looking in the mirror at a saggy, lumpy, still swollen belly and a butt that’s developed cellulite since pregnancy.
I need to lose about 50 pounds before we go for baby number 2 but am having a hard time getting past these breastfeeding cravings! I only put on 25 pounds during pregnancy and lost about 10-15 of that.
What are some of your guys tips to shed some weight while not losing out on my supply?
